booked their holiday thru San Michele Travel out of Sydney? I have, and I am not receiving the service we used to get from Melb office and the lovely Cara. Only 3 weeks to go and I as yet have no tickets and have had to badger them to get receipts for deposit and final payment and at least 2 or 3 phone calls before I get mine returned. We have booked 5 times with San Michele, but it seems repeat business is not so important to them or is it 'cause we're Victorians.
