Coconuts or Hai Tide huts?

Who has a preference? Anyone stayed at both who can offer a comparison? It is for 2 singles, ie twin share. Is coconuts also directly on beach like Hai Tide huts? Also do you have to eat at these restaurants or are there others close by withing walking distance? Would appreciate help as going in Sept.
