I stayed in Febri's last year and couldn't fault the hotel at all. Spotlessly clean, rooms were of a very high 4 star (almost 5 star) quality, very good breakfast included. Service is superb and staff are amazingly friendly. Only problem is the location in Tuban.
I'm going back to Bali this year and the only reason I'm not staying in Febri's again is that Tuban isn't as nice an area as other parts of Bali I visited. I'm staying in Nusa Dua and at the Ritz this year but if you want to be central, I would recommend staying in Seminyak or at the beach front in Kuta if you can get somewhere there. It is a 15-20 minute walk to Kuta Beach from Febri's and it's not the nicest of walks.
Don't let the above put you off though - we still had a great time in Febri's...we just all agreed that it would have been even better if we could have got a hotel as good as Febri's in a better location.
From what I saw, Febri's looked a lot nicer than Green Garden.
