Green Garden Hotel, Beach res. or Febris

Which one of them do you prefer and why? Heard that the pool are in shaddow on one of them but can't remember which. Is it familys with kids on them so our 9 years daughter will have some company? How are the location for them? Seems like the Beach resort is far south, is it still walking distance to Kartika Plaza?
