last minute fares and accom help!!!

Hi, i am orgainising a trip for my mum to go to bali this week, and are looking for cheap flights and accomodation, but not to cheap for the accom in Legian. does anybody know of anywhere. it is her first time to bali and she will be going on her own she is a little scared.
