we have been the last two times in Bali, it is a great day, the animals are well cared for and loved. the orangutan is fantastic, he is in an open area with a moat around it, and if you throw him fruit he will throw things back at you, so you have to watch him all the time to ensure it is only fruit that he is throwing. We will go again during our next trip (only 3 sleeps) and take our grandson. It is well worth the trip.
