Dear Seashell

As a first timer, I would catch a taxi (Blue Bird one) and go to Matahari Department Store in Kuta. Everyone knows where that is. When you go up the front steps and in the main entrance, most of that floor is souvenirs. Everything is fixed price so you don't have to haggle. They have all the things you mentioned. One tricky thing about Matahari is, there are so many sales assistants for each section. As you select your goods and put them into your basket, make sure you have an invoice from the applicable sales person. When you are finished buying, you take the items and the invoices towards the back of the store to the register and they add up the invoices and put your goods in a bag.
If you don't end up buying here, at least you will have some idea of the cost of these items. Markets and shops are everywhere, it's a matter of getting your bearings and looking first, you can always come back to things as everything is so close by.

I hope this has been helpful.
