the comment "there is no problem in Bali for bikers" made me laugh. Every time this question is asked, the majority of don't do it comments come from people who live here. Bike riders are killed here on a daily basis. If that is hard to understand, I will rephrase it. Every day bike riders die from accidents on the road.
