Peta, please be aware that Kuta Townhouses are not in the same class as Zen Villas. At Kuta Townhouses there is no privacy, if you happen to be staying there on a weekend that involves the telecast of Big Ozzie football games it is probable that you will have a few hundred people just outside of your front door watching it. I was there for last years Western Derby (AFL) and watched in amusement as a surfer tried to come back to his room. He stood in shock as he realised he would have to push through over 200 people to get back to his room. After the completion of stage 2 and the opening of the sports bar this may improve. I realise that a couple of regulars on this forum promote the place on a constant basis, but it is not a place that I would go for a holiday.
