this has not been clarified - Yes, the one bed is in fact a two bed with one locked up (owner wants to have one room secured)
With regards to whether one would want to spend a hol there, I would not just judge on one rather unusual day per week, just as I wouldn't judge bali on Nyepi day.
As a general rule, the restaurant / bar area is very quiet, as is the complex generally (I have spent some months here, not a few days)
Each to their own I guess.
