you'll get lots of opinions on this. Personally, I was disappointed as I expected to be doing the cooking, but we mainly just watched. There were also 20-ish people (from memory) and at times people couldn't see clearly what was being demonstrated. The information, however was wonderful and the food delicious and I went on a day when they did the market tour first, which I really enjoyed. What I can highly recommend that they do is the Sunday sea salt and palm sugar tour, it was just fabulous & such good value for money. Cheers, Sue.
