When you pay for your visa we have found it much faster to have the cash in US dollars $25 each. The last 3 times we have been we have taken US dollars and breezed through and we are a family of 5. Don't forget you also have departure tax which is 100,000 rp each, again it is best to pay this in ruphia. As for the Dynasty this will be our 3rd stay with them and we really enjoy it there (5 weeks 5 days before we go ) Great places to eat, try FEBRIS which is across the road from the Dynasty and to your right about 30mtrs, Batan Waru which is out of the gate of the Dynasty turn left and just past centro shopping centre ( approx 600mtr from dynasty ) Aromas in kuta catch a taxi , it is vegetarian but very nice and clean, also has the best toilets. The Dynasty has themed nights which are buffet style events which are nice and apparently Grace Kellys pub is a good feed but haven't tryed it myself. Well better stop there as I'm starting to get jealous. only 5 wks, only 5 wks , only 5 wks.
