Taking a stroller on Qantas

Hi All,
Can anyone help me with this query.
I emailed qantas regarding taking a stroller with us to bali. Their reply was that the stroller would form part of the childs checked luggage allowance which i took to mean she would have her allowance reduced to compensate for the stroller weight.

But on their website faq it says that adults are entitled to check in one stroller in addition to their luggage allowance.... this leaves me a little confused. and i am having trouble contacting them again to query.
Has anyone else had experience with taking a stroller for a 2 year old with qantas, whether it was allowed in addition to their luggage or formed part of the total allowed.
