I learned my quite passable bahasa Indonesia in less than six months by home study with a Linguaphone course. I bought this is 1985, but the content is just as relevant today.
Consists of two books and a number of recorded cassette tapes. I'm happy to give this away to a forum member willing to pay the postage or courier charges from New Zealand somehow. I don't know how this could be done. The pack is about 320 x 230 x 60 mm and weighs about 500 gm.
