I did level 1,2,3 then 3/4 there and found it great. I also go to TAFE now in Northbridge which is also really good.
It depends what you want Tuart College is conversation based which is really what most of us want when we start. TAFE is more structured and more grammar is covered.
Do it. I promise you, you won't regret it.
