A good story about Jetstar

I know people love to have a go at Jetstar on this forum so I thought I should put this up for a bit of balance. We had very good flights with them to Bali and back but our friends told us a story yesterday: they'd flown with Jetstar to Northern NSW and back. A few weeks passed and they got a call from Jetstar asking if they'd lost a camera. My friends had to admit they hadn't unpacked yet and didn't know.

'Is it in a green case' the woman from Jetstar wanted to know. Yes, said my friend. Sure enough their camera was missing so they went in to pick it up. But that's not the real story - the real story is the amount of trouble this employee at Jetstar had to go to to track down my friends. Needless to say they hadn't put their name or any other details on their camera. So the woman looked at the photos on the camera and noticed that they'd had a holiday in Fiji last year. She somehow managed to get my friend's surname and did the rounds of ringing travel agents and tracked down whoever sold them the holiday, then got my friend's email and then thought she shouldn't email him so worked out where he worked (he's a lawyer in chambers), worked out which chambers he was in from the email address and rang him at work. That's service for you. My friends are very impressed.
