the smell was really obvious and more so when the A/C was on.

When the did the refub on this building they didn't do it as hard as they should have. Needed the works.. I haven't checked again as a post form a woman on here some time later said she had water accoss the floor that had a bad odour in the bathroom. And she was moved to a nother room that also had water problems and a smell.

Walking past the other day I notice the exterior of the building above reception was water damaged and wondered how bad it may be now or if that is old???

Such a pity as it has a lot to offer and in a great location. Right beside Lokha which I love. the other thing is the pool in my way of thinking is more of a water feature. Be ok f you just want to get wet but no good for kids and active swimmers.

If you've booked and paid then just make sure you don't settle for a room until you get one just right even if they have to upgrade you. they can't all be bad???
