Ground Floor... Actually just heard from a Friend that went around and checked it out for me in person this morning, it seems that this occured when they were digging up the roads a while back and had all the rain, but not now.... Thought it would be rectified quickly as word of mouth within tourists is very important and would have been no good for Business if it had been ongoing.. Just need to set my friends' mind at rest...
