Hi SurfAddict. The new cash passport ATM might be the way to go if you dont want to carry heaps of cash and avoid high fees. Reading their website you load the card with cash,(1% loading fee applies) use at any visa ATM, a charge of $3.75 per transaction plus any foreign exchange rate.
I"m still reading all the terms and conditions plus any hidden costs but I'm considering this option next trip.
