Lavinia Beach Price to swim with dolphin

Im going over in sept/oct want to swim with the dolphins.can anyone answer a few of my questions.

Has anyone done this and could anyone tell me how much per adult and per child.

How far away is Lavinia Beach? do we need to do a day trip or just do the dolphins and go back to Kuta/Tuban where we are staying.
Is there a web site with Lavinia Beach and the dolphins so i can see what it is like or what you do.

Does anyone have any photos of this place that i could look at as you can tell i love dolphins and since recovering from my cancer a few years ago this is now my altermate dream.
