did you book direct with the patra or through a travel agent. Our last trip was in 2005 and we stayed at the Bali Garden Resort and walked along the beach to the Patra. My husband fell in love with the place and wants to stay there next may when we go. We will be 2A & 2C we like to have interconnecting rooms. I have tried to tell hime we couldn't afford it but know I have read you report I may have to rethink.
