The Caste system makes Basa Bali a bit harder. I've decided to concentrate on the Polite Form, Linggih Sor, also known as Basa Madia.
This allows you to converse with higher or lower people and is understood by all.
My study is mostly solitary, except like now on a quick trip, I do an essay, with many dips into the Kamus, then run it by a staff member for correction and pronunciation; my new friend, the lap-top is a great asset for this system
