Hi Ruthrat, just spoke to Made , Front Office Manager at Balihai Resort and he assured that the project will not affect the hotel until 2008 which confirms your source of info. I've known Made for over 10 years and have always found him to be reliable. As to whether work has commenced at all, he didn't seem to know.
I'll be at Balihai from 31st March - 14th April so I'll be able to find out for myself.
When are you there Ruthrat?
