I also will be at the Bali Hai in February and again in March and heard of the beach reclamation project. I contacted Mida who handled onr of my reservations and she checked it out and said they won't be there for at least 6 months. I also contacted the management of the Bali Hai and was told they are not due to work in front of the Bali Hai until 2008. I am going to proceed as though these folks know what they are talking about and not just in their self interest. I can not imagine getting any more verifiable information. I trust these sources not to lie, but their sources may opinions rather than facts. There seems to be a lot of that on the streets of Bali, on this forum and throughtout the rest of this world of ours. At least to are close to the area and are concerned professionals.
