have an allowance for both passenger and baggage? So something like 120kg all up?
If it is all about weight, fuel, trim and money, is it fair that the 100kg person with the 20kg bag pays no extra, but the 50kg person with the 25kg bag pays excess??

And I am NOT having a go at people who weigh more than others.....it is just another point of view :o)
