Well said Rex...I think these kind of things are just the tip of the iceberg. Hearing of more unreasonable workplace agreements everyday.
It's the reason I marched in the protests and will continue to this year. They are nasty, unfair laws and are indicative of this mean, uncaring Howard government.
We must all support our unions, like them or not, it was the union movement who fought to get the rights we have now.
Unfortunately for you Silverfeathers it is illeagal for your union to help you...they will be fined and so will you...that's the kind of laws that Howard thinks will move our country forward....bugger people....it's all about the economy!!!
Like Rex said, remember this at the next election.
Life is too short Silverfeathers, go and enjoy yourself in Bali, things will work out for you.
