I would book your two weeks don't tell them. Go to the Dr in Bali at the near end of your 1st week and say you think you have a ear infection or are sick. With an ear infection you can't fly. When you get home go to your Dr and get a medical certificate for the same date stating you were sick while on holiday. They have to take this as sick leave and not a holiday pay you, and you get an extra week in bali. If you have any more trouble wait till they are busy and leave.
