Take your ONE weeks holiday, but put in for further leave, another pathetic week a few days after your due to return. Then have a family member call in sick for you. At least that way you still have a job to return to. Plus you get your two weeks hoildays. Having suggested this I agree you would be better off finding a better position with a diffrent company. Is it not enough that most auzzies are under paid / on the min award wage not to mention being somewhat black mailed having to sign AWA's that rip us off further. Hope you have a great holiday!
