I work for an agency. Telstra employs most of their clerical staff through Regent Personell in Melbourne (I'm not sure about other states). I don't get sick leave or holiday pay but I do get super and I get to choose when and for how long I go away. It suits me because I can work my hours in with my childs schooling. I know Regent are always looking for more staff. Where do you live and I will find out who the relevant agency is. One week at a time for holidays is inhuman.
