If you wish for a Romantic sunset setting to pop the Question Book a table at CUTe De Ta as the sunsets will be on that side in Early Febuary alteratively sunrise is at NUSA Dua side.If you ask the staff at the Hotel they will surely gladly facilitate any arangement that you choose. As for security I think you will have no problems with their safe(but make sure its insured first..the ring I mean)
