Wow, that is great news. Someone preparing food and cooking in a restaurant kitchen while having Bali Belly! Surely very good as to hygiene in that eatery.
If there is a really good way of spreading a stomach problem, that is a person with BB cooking food and thus contaminating the kitchen area. It would never be allowed in Australia. That so called head chef needs a lot of lessons when it comes to cleanliness.
Now I know where to go for a meal in order to lose a few kilos through Bali Belly. Surely, that warung is a place in another league. Yes, it promotes a Certificate of Food Hygiene on the website. Now I also know what that certificate is worth.
