Did you declare these at Melbourne Customs?
Just wondering, as I had my pack of saffron threads confiscated at Perth airport, because they said it contained a few flower heads as well. I had bought them pre-packaged at a farm we viusited on the Bali Budaya Cycle tour. Customs said the threads were fine but not the flower heads!!Could've paid $20 I think it was, to have it fumigated, but decided it wasn't worth the hassle.
