When I was in Bali last month, I used a money changer previously recommended on this forum.
Their name was PT. Balidavalas Money Changer or Kodak Photo located just inside Poppies Lane 11 off Jalan Legian.
They did not charge commission and their rates were good. I used them for all my transactions. At no time was there any funny business or attempts at cheating. They did not offer small notes or engage in the tricks mentioned in this forum.
