PT Central Kuta did have their PT Central Kuta exchange rate board outside the shop. Only problem for them was, i had my own calculator which hasn't been rigged.
Without question, but sulkily, they gave me the correct money when i went back for it 2mins later. (They'd been watching me use my own calculator outside the shop windows.) Was about 75,000 rp they'd skimmed and very clever too.
