Do all the quotes include breakfast? Have you checked out the family policy for eating in each hotel. For example, I think at both the Bali Hai and the Dynasty one child eats for free from the buffets with every paying adult. Small children tend not to eat much and the price paid for meals is often wasted - Ask you TA to get the facts for each place.
I can't work out why a combination of using two properties would cost more than the highest quote given for using one of those two properties only. Has in all cases except the combination of Dynasty and the Sanur Paradise Plaza suites. Do you know why this is the case?
