We also used the in house laundry service when we stayed there for Jess and Marks wedding.
Our crushed clothes needed to be ironed. They charged us very little and returned them to our rooms about 30 minutes later. Great job and good service.
We stayed in room 24 last August. I am certain it will meet your expectation. When we arrived we sat out on the balcony and read and dozed, then lounged on the day bed. Too lazy, as a first, we ordered dinner in the room. Next morning breakfast was delivered to the balcony, then had lunch around the pool.
