If it is related to costs of flight and accommodation, these seasons are detailed in most travel brochures.
If, however it is related to numbers of people etc.then it is harder to forecast.
Tourist numbers are now made up much more by Japanese, Koreans, Indonesians and Europeans, rather than what was traditionally the case before the "troubles" (less Aussies now)
So the "seasons" are harder to nominate, especially as Bali tourism is not predominately weather pattern driven.
Depending on where you decide to stay, I doubt that you will feel "hemmed in" by throngs of other travellers - so just go...and enjoy!
