I booked my hotel at bali last Aug through Asiarooms first ( Kartika Plaza hotel)They confirmed availabilty and took the money and then a few days later send an email to apologize and say there are no vacant rooms and offered to book my somewhere else. I checked directly with Discovery hotel and they offered me a good package so i cancelled with Asiarooms and had a hell of a time in getting my refund..It took ages and they ignore ur emails when u ask them about the status of ur refund.
