i hear you on the smoking thing! we go every dec/jan and i am exactly the same except it usually takes me until about may to quit again :o)
what a mission with your nanna. a similar thing happened to a mate of mine about two years ago. we were out at dinner and he felt ill, fainted and lost body fluid from everywhere. we were really worried about him but when he regained consciousness and we got him cleaned up he actually felt better pretty quickly. we put it down to he had two massages that day and didnt drink enough water. dehydration can be nasty when it hits you.
