If they get a FAX saying there was a pre-existing condition of course they will deny it. The problem is now it has to be disproved. Hopefully it will all work out. If people tell the Insurance company they had a lot to drink for example, of course they will take that into account.
Hint- think about what you say.
Unfortunately there are people that take advantage of insurance companies, hence their hesitance to pay out. Can't blame them really. Not everyone is honest.
