The Cash Passport is issued through Travelex, they also do Travellers Cheques, there is a $30 issuing fee but we bank with a Credit Union and the waive this fee, you can put as much money on it as you like and when you get home you can withdraw the money or leave it there till next time, if there's any left..... We are going back to Bali in May and will definately be taking our money this way again we had no problems at all there are machines everywhere now and also in the Circle K stores. Hope this helps.
