Hi chris , you can get a cash passport through most travel agents we got ours through harvey world travel, they charge 1% of the amount put on the card $10 per thousand dollars then its $3.75 per eftpos transaction
so if you say put three grand on the card they will charge you 30 dollars to set it up , and you can track your transactions on the net too . we have just bought ours for our thailand trip next week but we havent tried it out yet so i hope they work ok .
