When you factor in those extras, they are worth a lot. I have stayed at Wilsana several times and one of the great benefits (also available with other villas, I am sure) is the low cost of meals if you eat at the villa. The staff will go to the markets and get whatever ingredients they require to cook your favourite Indonesian meals and you end up with a memorable feast for a few dollars per head. The interaction your family will get with the Balinese staff is an experience you will never forget and this is not available in a hotel. Then there is baby sitting, free local transport etc. etc. Definitely try the villa experience!
