as you had previously told me I fully understand that you have had problems in trying to deal with Aristo recently - But we have been nothing but fully satisfied with all of the work he has done for our family over many years - as have many other friends of ours who have been to see him.
Until 1st July he was just a paid employee at Merrys Collection & as one of the highest valued employees he was often sent out on jobs to visit clients in their hotels & villas & was not always at the shop when people dropped in announced.The other staff were no where near as capabale as he was & I feel this is where problems arose.
Now that he is in his own business things are different.He has gathered his own hand selected team of employees & is ensuring he is at the shop most of the time.Staff have been given clear instructions that if someone comes in & specifically asks for Aristo or mentions BTF that they are to phone him immediately on his mobile -if he is not there.They have also had the hard word put on by Mamma - as Aristo & all his staff call me.All the team have met me & have been told that nothing but perfection is expection for anyone who comes into the store.They all know that keeping their customers happy 100% of the time is what it is about.A high standard of workmanship is only part of running the business & he & his staff have all been clearly told this.Aristo will rarely be further than 10 > 15 minutes drive away seeing other customers so will be able to quickly get back to the shop if need be - cold drinks will be offered to customers while they wait for him.If you wait more than 5 minutes & are not offered one - just say Mamma says to get you a drink & it will be done ! The boys will go next door to get a cold drink for any customers - Aristo will be installing his own fridge with cold drinks a bit later on.
All I can add is we have been absolutely thrilled with every single item we have had made by Aristo - be it men's suits,trousers,jackets,mens leather jackets ,ladies skirts,work suits,trousers,Pj's,ladies leather jackets,wallets,purses etc.We certainly would go to no other tailor - IF anyone ever goes to Aristo & is not happy with his work,I am sure he will happlily resolve the problem before you leave Bali but also let me know when you get home & I will talk to him.
