I am sorry to hear what have you been through by corrupt offical at the airport.There is no such a thing you can not take your shopping with you out of Country or Bring in to country.Those scumbags take advantage of foreign ppl like you without knowlodge.
Next time pls demand explanation. ( Writen one- states the law change )If you are not satisfied tell them you are going to complain Trade office in Jakarta.If the laws has been change, why is pass on the who sales the goods or the ppl is coming here for the holiday and shoping. Because there is no such a law. They create them self to fill they pocket.
Next time please do not believ what they are asking.Be more strong and demand explanation
