if you are set to roaming you need to put the +62 in front to call bali numbers (it is like you are calling from Australia) however, roaming charges are super expensive both to make and receive calls. You are much better off getting a bali pre-paid sim card when you are there. A good hint is to always store any phone numbers in your mobile with the +61 or +62 country codes in front - then you can always dial them from anywhere.
