Hi, when in Bali last year we set out Australian mobile phones to global roaming and could send/receive text messages to and from Australia. But, we could not manage to use those mobiles to ring a Bali mobile phone. Should we have used the step below and added 0011 62 to the number? (and if so, would we be charged at international rates?!)
"To phone a Bali mobile eg 081 1234 55667
From Aust ring 0011 62 81 1234 55667 or +62 81 1234 55667
(Note you drop the first zero of the phone number)"
