I'm sure that in these troubled times, Hotel Management would be very keen to know any problems patrons are having.
After all, how can problems be rectified if they are not brought to light?
The Bali Dynasty has always been renowned as a family-oriented Hotel with excellent service. The staff there are proud of this and I'm sure, willing to do whatever it takes to uphold this tradition.
Sorry you had a bad experience. I will keep a closer eye out when we are there in August.
