when we book hotels with kids clubs then you expect to get a safe and secure one.
We only ever left our daughter in a kids club once at the Patra Jasa and she was about 7 and not feeling well enough to go shopping as she had just got over BB. I would not have been happy to return and find that she had not been supervised.
I would suggest that you contact management and i am sure they have Australian ties due to the Dynasty parties in Perth and also the guy that helped with our gracie kellies night in Bali in March.Stretch i think??
Obviously this has not happened to all others, but as concerned parents (as you and Fisho girl both obviously are) and especially if you are not in the habit of leaving your children with others often....then it needs to be addressed.
Our children are our responsability but if left then we need to ensure they are safe at all times.
