we were in bali three weeks ago and went to the Garuda Office at the Paridiso Hotel to upgrade. We were quoted $450 AUD from there or $275 US take your luck at the airport on the night of departure. If you definately want to upgrade do it asap when you get there, as business class was full on our return trip due to the cancellation of flights. If you do decide to upgrade from Paridiso take $AUD as they give you a rubbish exchange rate if you pay on card and it will cost abour 20% more.
